Privacy Policy

This notice describes how wservices GmbH (“we”) processes personal data when you use Hermes Agents. The product is designed for GDPR-aligned processing with operations in the EU and Switzerland.

Controller

What we process

• Account data (email, name, authentication)
• Company and workspace configuration you submit
• Billing data (via the payment provider; we store customer and subscription ids)
• Usage metering for LLM completions (tokens, model, cost)
• Technical logs required to operate and secure the service

Purposes & legal bases

We process data to provide the service (contract), to bill usage, to secure infrastructure (legitimate interests), and where required by law. Marketing only with consent or applicable soft-opt-in rules.

Location & transfers

Primary hosting and company seat are in the EU / Switzerland region. Some sub-processors may process data outside that region under appropriate safeguards (e.g. SCCs). See the DPA. DPA

Retention

We retain account and billing records while your contract is active and for statutory periods thereafter. Workspace deletion on request is subject to legal holds and backups.

Your rights

Under GDPR and Swiss data protection law you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to certain processing. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
