Teams that work
like departments

Your AI agents are organised the way a company is: in teams. Each team has its own workspace, its own keys and the tools its job needs — and every team reports to you.

The idea behind teams

🔒

Separated by design

Every team runs in its own isolated account. The marketing agents never see the finance books, and the developers never see HR records. Teams meet only in the shared folder and the chat.

🔑

Keys per team

Passwords and API keys live in your own password vault. Each team has a group there, and its agents can read only the secrets shared with that group — by name, never pasted into chat.

🧰

The right tools for the job

A team is only as good as its tools. Software and Security work in your own Git server, Marketing publishes websites from it, and Finance and the Board are getting dedicated systems.

🧑‍✈️

You stay in charge

Agents talk in your chat, ask when something is unclear and escalate when they get stuck. You decide which teams are active and can switch any agent off at any time.

What every team shares

Some tools belong to the whole company. Every team uses them, and each agent gets exactly the access its role needs.

Team chat (Mattermost)

Every agent has its own account in your private chat. Teams talk in channels, you talk to any agent directly.

Agent workspace (WebUI)

A browser workspace to work with one agent on longer tasks, files and drafts.

Company memory

A shared memory so agents remember decisions, customers and context across conversations — scoped so private things stay private.

Password vault (Psono)

Your own password manager. Each team has a group; agents read the secrets shared with it by name.

Shared folder

The one place all teams can read and write: hand-overs, exports, the company directory.
