CEO Assistant
Coordinates priorities, prepares summaries, schedules work across teams, and orchestrates the other agents.
Sets the direction and keeps every team moving.
The Board is your management team. It turns your goals into plans, breaks them into work for the other teams and keeps an eye on what happens. It is always included, because a company without coordination is just a group of busy agents.
The CEO Assistant is your first contact: it collects your requests in the chat, clarifies them and hands them to the right team. The Product and Project Managers turn goals into projects and milestones; the Business and Research Analysts bring the numbers and the market facts behind each decision.
With the planned project management platform (Plane), the Board writes every project, cycle and task down where all teams can see it, and checks progress in its weekly review. Until then, plans live in the shared folder and the team channels.
The AI Agent Monitor watches over all agents. When one gets stuck in a loop or waits for an answer, it asks you directly β with a recommendation β instead of letting the problem grow.
You write βWe want to launch the new product page next month.β The CEO Assistant asks two questions, the Project Manager creates the project with milestones for Marketing and Software, and on Friday you get a short status report.
Coordinates priorities, prepares summaries, schedules work across teams, and orchestrates the other agents.
Watches the conversations between agents, flags loops or off-goal threads, asks the human master how to handle them, and reports team health to the CEO Assistant.
Bridges business and engineering: requirements, workflows, process diagrams, and user stories.
Owns the roadmap and prioritizes what to build.
Tracks milestones, dependencies, deadlines, and resource allocation (when & how we deliver).
Market research, competitor analysis, scientific literature, regulatory changes, and technology scouting.
