Fintech & payments

Move fast where you can, prove control where you must.

The starting point

A payments start-up with a regulated partner bank, strict security requirements, code on GitLab and a growing list of compliance questionnaires from customers.

  1. 1 · Set up

The research reads the public website, product documents and the security policy. It recommends Security, Compliance, Software and Infrastructure, each in its own isolated account.

  2. 2 · Take over the infrastructure

Repositories are imported into Forgejo, production access goes through the VPN, and every secret is stored in the vault group of the one team that needs it. Teams never see each other’s files.

  3. 3 · Take over the AI

Customer data never goes to a model the company hasn’t approved: agents use the company’s own endpoint or selected EU-hosted models, and calls through the gateway are metered per agent.

  4. 4 · Run the company

Security reviews every pull request and follows new vulnerabilities, Compliance answers customer questionnaires from the maintained documentation, and Software ships. Payments and anything that commits the company stay with humans.

The companies in these use cases are illustrative examples, not customer references. Features marked “planned” are being built.
