Law firms
Research, drafts and deadlines — prepared before the lawyer asks.
The starting point
A 20-lawyer firm with a document management system, a strict confidentiality culture and partners who want AI without client data leaving their control.
1 · Set up
The firm uploads its practice areas, templates and internal guidelines. The research recommends Compliance with the Legal Advisor, a Board for matter coordination and Security.
2 · Take over the infrastructure
Each team works in its own isolated account; client documents are shared only with the agents working on the matter. The firm’s domain and mailboxes are connected, and logins live in the vault.
3 · Take over the AI
The firm connects its own model endpoint for confidential work and uses gateway models only for public research — chosen per agent, with nothing sent anywhere the firm hasn’t approved.
4 · Run the company
The Legal Advisor drafts first versions and checks clauses against the firm’s templates, the Research Analyst collects public sources, and the Project Manager tracks deadlines. Every advice and signature remains the lawyer’s.
The companies in these use cases are illustrative examples, not customer references. Features marked “planned” are being built.
