Manufacturing
From supplier offers to quality documents β less paperwork, more production.
The starting point
A family-owned manufacturer with 120 employees, an ERP on premises, ISO 9001 documentation in folders and a purchasing team that compares offers by email.
1 Β· Set up
The company uploads its quality manual, product sheets and supplier list. The research recommends Infrastructure, Finance with Procurement, Compliance and HR next to the Board.
2 Β· Take over the infrastructure
The office network is connected through the VPN so the System Administrator can reach internal servers; credentials for the supplier portals go into the Finance vault group; the purchasing mailbox is linked to the Procurement agent.
3 Β· Take over the AI
Production data stays on premises: a local model on the companyβs own server is connected for the agents that read internal documents, while public research uses gateway models.
4 Β· Run the company
Procurement compares incoming offers and prepares a recommendation, Compliance keeps the quality documentation current, and the System Administrator documents the IT. Purchasing decisions and releases stay with the responsible managers.
The companies in these use cases are illustrative examples, not customer references. Features marked βplannedβ are being built.
