Software & SaaS

The starting point
A 25-person SaaS company with its code on GitHub, a handful of cloud servers, customer support by email and a developer who already experiments with a self-hosted model.
1 · Set up
The founders enter their website and upload the product documentation and pitch deck. The research recommends Software, Security, Infrastructure and Marketing next to the Board, and the company starts on its own domain.
2 · Take over the infrastructure
The repositories are imported into the company’s own Git server (Forgejo), server logins and API keys go into the vault groups of Infrastructure and Security, and the support mailbox is linked to the Customer Support agent. The VPN connects the production servers so DevOps can reach them.
3 · Take over the AI
The developer’s self-hosted model is connected as “your endpoint” for the coding agents, so source code stays on infrastructure the company controls; writing and support agents use EU-hosted models through the gateway.
4 · Run the company
Issues flow from Support into Git, developers open pull requests, the tester reviews, the security agent checks dependencies and the architect keeps the design consistent. The founders merge, set priorities with the Board and read one weekly status.
The companies in these use cases are illustrative examples, not customer references. Features marked “planned” are being built.
