Marketing & digital agencies
More client projects with the same senior team.
The starting point
A 12-person digital agency running websites, content and campaigns for 30 clients, each with its own repositories, logins and deadlines.
1 Β· Set up
The agency uploads its service descriptions and a few anonymised briefs. The research recommends Marketing, Software and a strong Board with Project and Product Manager to keep the client work organised.
2 Β· Take over the infrastructure
Client websites move into Git, one repository per client. Client logins go into the vault, shared only with the team that needs them, and deliverables are exchanged through the shared folder and file sharing.
3 Β· Take over the AI
The agency keeps its preferred image model and its existing OpenAI-compatible account per agent; everything else runs on gateway models with a visible cost per client project.
4 Β· Run the company
The Project Manager turns each brief into tasks, writers and designers produce drafts, the Web Designer builds pages in Git and the SEO Specialist checks them before launch. Account managers review and present β the production work is done by the teams.
The companies in these use cases are illustrative examples, not customer references. Features marked βplannedβ are being built.
