A university with departments that each run their own tools, an IT service desk, research groups using different AI models and strict data protection rules.

   1 · Set up

   The university starts with one department. The research reads the public websites and uploaded regulations and recommends a Board for coordination, Software, Compliance and a Research Analyst.

2. 🔌

   2 · Take over the infrastructure

   Research code is imported into the institution’s own Git server, departments get separate teams and vault groups, and the existing domain and service mailboxes are connected.

3. 🧠

   3 · Take over the AI

   Research groups keep the models they already host — connected per agent as “your endpoint” — while administrative agents use EU-hosted gateway models.

4. 🚀

   4 · Run the company

   The Research Analyst prepares literature overviews, Software maintains research tools, Compliance answers data protection questions and the Board tracks projects. Teaching and grading stay with the faculty.
